1. Student Affairs Department:
• Student Services Unit
A- General supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs portal to provide various high-quality student services and follow-up on the continuous development of electronic student services.
B- Supervising the functioning of the Student Services Administration and preparing a monthly “Gregorian” report on the statistics of student services provided.
• Managing scholarships for non-Saudi students
A- Supervising the annual admission procedures for non-Saudi students (internal scholarships - external scholarships).
B- Supervising the follow-up of students’ academic progress and submitting a quarterly report on scholarship students.
C- Supervising and following up on the financial progress of external scholarship students.
D- Supervising the completion of graduation requirements for scholarship students and terminating the scholarship through the Ministry’s portal.
2. Quality management and development:
• Direct supervision of the work progress of the strategic plans of the Deanship of Student Affairs.
• Direct supervision of the preparation of reports to the deanship.
• Ensuring the quality of work within the Deanship of Student Affairs.
• Participation in the academic accreditation of college programs.
3. Guidance and Guidance Center:
• Creating a database concerned with outstanding and gifted people and a mechanism for communicating with them.
• Supervising the follow-up of outstanding and talented students and giving them priority over being informed and participating in all internal and external university events.
• Preparing motivational and pastoral programs for gifted and talented students.
• Follow up on the electronic student guidance process provided by the Deanship of Student Affairs platform.
• Supervising programs for caring for distressed people.
• Follow up on the progress of the Special Needs Unit and provide their needs.
