1. Preparing and implementing public relations programs after their approval.
2. Organizing events, functions, receptions, and conferences held and hosted by the university.
3. Providing services and activities that foster social and cultural relations among university staff and external stakeholders, in coordination with relevant authorities.
4. Arranging travel for university leaders and providing necessary transportation.
5. Preparing programs for visiting delegations and dignitaries, and coordinating with relevant authorities.
6. Facilitating and finalizing all necessary procedures for official delegations, such as reservations, visas, reception, accommodation, and other related matters.
7. Receiving and hosting visitors and official delegations, and handling all necessary hospitality and transportation requirements.
8. Preparing gifts presented by the university to visiting delegations and for honoring ceremonies.
9. Supervising the organization of honoring and greeting ceremonies held by the university, as well as handling all necessary arrangements for events, meetings, visits, and trips. 10. Equipping the university's meeting rooms for all events held therein and preparing them with the necessary technical and supervisory resources.
