7. Activating the role of the university's human resources by providing academic, research, and training services.
8. Achieving optimal utilization of the institute's human, scientific, and technical resources.
9. Marketing the university's services to the public and private sectors in a way that meets the needs and aspirations of these sectors and enhances the university's financial resources and institutional reputation.
10. Holding conferences, seminars, and meetings with an investment and collaborative focus. 11. Supporting and assisting university staff by reviewing technical and financial proposals and addressing any difficulties applicants may encounter when applying to competitive bidding processes on the Etimad platform and government tenders.
12. Overseeing the management of existing investment projects and their progress toward achieving their objectives.
13. Supervising the proper and accurate drafting of investment and consultancy contracts in accordance with regulations and bylaws.
14. Any other tasks assigned by the Dean of the Institute that fall within its purview.
