The Institute of Research and Consulting Studies at the University of Hail participated in the Fourth International Conference on Quality, which was held at the University of Hail during the period 9–10 November 2025, under the patronage and in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin سعد bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Hail Region (may God protect him), and with the attendance of the President of the University of Hail, His Excellency Dr. Badr bin Shujaa Al-Harbi.

The Institute’s participation stemmed from its ongoing commitment to promoting the concept of quality and its scientific and practical applications within and beyond the University, as well as reaffirming its role in supporting development initiatives and enhancing the efficiency of services provided to beneficiary entities. This participation also reflects the Institute’s dedication to engaging in events that contribute to disseminating a culture of quality and activating its standards, in a manner that positively impacts institutional performance.

The pavilion of the Institute of Research and Consulting Studies witnessed a notable turnout from visitors and stakeholders, who were introduced to the services and training programs offered by the Institute, the mechanisms for benefiting from them, and discussions on potential future cooperation opportunities with academic institutions and various sectors.

This participation represents a significant addition to the Institute’s journey in developing services, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the institutionalization of quality as a working approach within the University of Hail system. Moreover, the conference was distinguished by the participation of several entities from outside the Hail Region, which facilitated the exchange of expertise and experiences and opened new horizons for cooperation with academic and professional institutions on a broader scale.
