​The administration seeks to achieve the following objectives:

1. To strengthen loyalty to religion and then to the rulers, and to reinforce national identity and values.

2. To spread a culture of moderation and the values ​​of tolerance and coexistence.

3. To prevent extremist ideology and address its effects.

4. To monitor intellectual violations, extremist ideas and behaviors, and negative phenomena within the university, in accordance with the regulations set by the Ministry and in light of the applicable laws and bylaws.

5. To encourage research initiatives in intellectual issues and to promote national identity and unity.

Dept Tasks

- Monitoring data, violations, phenomena, and expected risks related to intellectual awareness and functional and national duties, analyzing their results, and developing remedial plans for them.
- Reviewing programs for monitoring and preventing extremist ideology at the university and following up on their implementation after their approval.
- Proposing research, studies, programs and activities related to intellectual awareness, enhancing belonging and national cohesion, and preventing extremist thought.
- Preparing and reviewing programs to promote moderation, belonging, and national cohesion, and supervising their implementation after their approval.
- Preparing annual plans for programs and activities and periodic reports on the unit’s activity, and submitting them to the authorized person for approval.
- Taking care of foreign scholarship students, promoting intellectual aspects, moderation and moderation, and strengthening their relations with the Kingdom and their university institutions.
