It enables beneficiaries to conduct searches and retrieve information through the automated system (Knowledge Portal) of the Library Affairs Department on the university website and access paper resources available in the university libraries
Loan service:
It is considered one of the public services that university libraries help provide, and it is one of the most important indicators of the library’s effectiveness, as well as its relationship with the beneficiary community, renewing loans, reserving books, and following up on loaned materials.
Reference services:
This service is provided in university libraries as a direct reference service for answering reference questions, which is provided to all beneficiaries directly, guiding all patrons and directing them to all the places they need within the library, teaching and training beneficiaries on the use of various references, and providing all appropriate references specific to the researcher.
Photography service:
It is one of the most important services necessary in all types of libraries for all beneficiaries. This service helps in reducing paper, and all materials are scanned into books with the aim of helping patrons transfer the pictures and printed forms they need to a file that can be transferred and processed.
Beneficiary training services:
It is one of the most important services that receive great attention from libraries and information centers, and it is formed in training for all beneficiaries on how to use the various resources and services provided by university libraries.
