Hello and welcome to the College of Public Health and Health Informatics at the University of Hail, where we seek to build a conscious and qualified generation that contributes to the development of health and well-being in our society.
I am honored to be the dean of this distinguished college, and I am happy to work with this creative group of professors, students, and staff. We strive to provide distinguished educational programs that meet the needs of the labor market in the fields of public health and health informatics, through academic excellence, innovation and scientific research.
The college is characterized as a modern and advanced educational environment, providing our students with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with current and future health challenges. Thanks to a dedicated team of committed professors and researchers, we seek to provide a stimulating and interactive learning environment that helps students develop their skills and achieve their academic and professional ambitions.
We are also keen to build strong partnerships with health institutions and stakeholders, with the aim of enhancing training, development and innovation opportunities. We are committed to applying the latest technologies and tools in the field of health informatics to improve the quality of healthcare and enhance smart health decision making.
I would encourage all students to become actively involved in the academic, cultural and social life of the College. We provide various opportunities to participate in student clubs, academic and research events, in order to enhance communication and interaction among students and expand the horizon of knowledge and skills.
The College of Public Health and Health Informatics at the University of Hail is aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to transform the Kingdom into a diversified and sustainable knowledge economy. One of the basic pillars of this vision is to improve and develop the health sector to meet the needs of society and raise the quality of health services.
In our college, we seek to contribute to achieving this vision by training and qualifying qualified health personnel, and promoting scientific research in the fields of public health and health informatics. We are committed to providing our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in the advanced healthcare industry, and contributing to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 with regard to providing high-quality health services and promoting the health and well-being of society.
We believe in the importance of developing health informatics and using modern technologies to improve the quality of health services and enhance smart health decision-making. This is in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to enhance the sustainability and development of the health sector and achieve excellence in providing services.
Through our vision and strategic direction, we will work diligently to achieve the aspirations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and empower our students and graduates to be leaders in the field of public health and health informatics, contributing effectively to the development and progress of society.
