All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.
I am pleased to welcome you to the University of Hail, which began its journey in 1426 AH / 2005 AD to serve as a national pillar of knowledge and development. By the grace of Allah, and with the support of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman – may Allah protect them – the University has witnessed rapid development in its academic structure and the modernization of its educational system. This progress is reflected in its outstanding achievements that contribute to realizing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 toward a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation.
The University continues to fulfill its role, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and relevant entities, in disseminating knowledge, fostering innovation and scientific research, and building effective bridges of cooperation with the community, in order to strengthen its local and international standing and reaffirm its commitment to its vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives.
The University places great emphasis on developing the educational process and improving the quality of its outcomes in line with development opportunities and labor market needs. This has enabled it to achieve tangible progress in its academic and research journey, attain competitive global rankings among universities, and obtain institutional accreditation that reflects the strength of its performance and the quality of its systems.
In line with its educational and national mission, the University works to prepare a generation equipped with knowledge, awareness, and a sense of belonging, capable of contributing to the process of construction and development, in harmony with the Kingdom’s growing influential and effective presence in various fields of advancement and innovation at the international level.
As part of its social responsibility, the University has launched programs, projects, and distinguished initiatives aimed at serving the community and promoting sustainable development in the region and the nation, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and development.
The University of Hail continues its efforts to achieve the goals of its 2028 Strategic Plan by building an academic and administrative system based on institutional governance, developing its technological infrastructure, growing self-generated resources, and enhancing spending efficiency, thus ensuring sustainable excellence.
In conclusion, I ask Allah Almighty to protect our wise leadership and to grant our nation continued security, prosperity, and progress.
And Allah is the Grantor of success.
