Caring for students, developing their talents, and undertaking their various activities by contributing to their preparation educationally, culturally, socially, and skillfully, to consolidate Islamic principles and values in their souls, and to provide comforts that help them excel academically and adhere to the morals of our true religion.

Agency Tasks

1- Student activity management
  • Supervising the development of the annual operational plan for student activities in the colleges.
  • Supervising the implementation of the operational plan for annual student activities.
  • Supervising the implementation of the operational plan for central student activities.
  • Providing an attractive environment for students through a variety of activities and meeting their needs.
  • Developing leadership and sports skills by strengthening the bonds of community partnership with relevant authorities to support students’ potential and abilities.
  • Submitting purchase order requests for clothing and supplies for student activities.
2- Sports activity management
  • General supervision of university teams participating in competitions and tournaments of the Saudi Universities Sports Federation.
  • Preparing the annual report of the Saudi Universities Sports Federation via the Ministry of Education link.
  • Supervising the provision of the appropriate environment for practicing sports activities at the university.
  • D- Supervising the recruitment of distinguished students in sports activity for the university teams.
  • Submitting purchase order requests for sports activity clothing and supplies.
3- Volunteer work management
  • Supervising the work of the Volunteer Work Department and implementing the annual operational plan.
  • Supervising the creation of a fruitful and sustainable partnership with institutions working in the field of volunteerism and community service.
  • Supervising initiatives in volunteer work and supporting them in all possible ways.
4- Student clubs
  • General supervision of student clubs in colleges and central schools.
  • Evaluating the operational plan submitted by student clubs.
  • Supervising the implementation of the operational plan for student clubs.​
