This alignment also aims to keep pace with the new university system in the Kingdom, consolidate its foundations and content, and support future plans for higher education in the country.
Through its second strategy, Hail University seeks to enhance its journey and develop its capabilities through strategic goals stemming from the three pillars of Saudi Vision (2030) (an ambitious nation, a prosperous economy, and a vibrant society). These goals will enhance the competitiveness of graduates, the richness of outputs, the quality of performance, the distinction of research, and the contributions enhanced by development and sustainability.
The (2028) strategic plan defines the university's direction and path for the next five years and provides a means to measure progress and achievements to achieve local and global leadership. It focuses on eight goals, each with eight strategic objectives, initiatives, and performance measurement tools. The plan also reinforces the university's commitment to sustaining excellence in education, scientific research, and community service.
This strategy emerged from an ongoing planning process, with the participation of all internal and external partners, to diagnose the university's current state and envision its future, in line with the best local and international practices, placing Hail University in a distinguished and influential academic position locally and globally.
