​The University of Hail is a Saudi university located in the city of Hail in the north of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The history of the University of Hail dates back to the year 1998, when it was “Hail Community College", until the college was upgraded to become a university under the name (University of Hail), according to the decree Royal approval issued on Tuesday 7 June 2005. The university includes various health, scientific, engineering and human specializations in the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, which represent 13 colleges (medicine - dentistry - pharmacy - applied medical sciences - public health and health informatics - Nursing-Engineering-Computer Science and Engineering-Business Administration-Education- Arts and Literature -Sharia and Law-Applied).  The teaching language of the University of Hail is English for health, sciences and engineering. While humanitarian programs use Arabic language. The university is chaired by His Excellency Prof. Rashid bin Muslat Al-Sharif, who led the university to obtain many achievements in its academic programs, as the university obtain more than 35 institutional and program accreditations, and in 2023 the university ranked among the best 351 universities in the world, and ranked 111 in the Arab world. The number of university researchers included Stanford University list has increased to eight in which represent 2% of the world's most cited scientists in various disciplines.
