Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the sent prophets, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the University of Hail, which was established in the year (1426 AH / 2005 AD) to be a national scientific beacon, and witnessed, thanks to God and then with the support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Highness the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Council of Ministers. The ministers - may God protect them - have made a qualitative leap at the academic and infrastructure levels, culminating, praise be to God, in many achievements that we aspire to be in line with the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to build a vibrant society, a prosperous economy, and an ambitious nation.
The University of Hail seeks diligent joint work with the Ministry of Education and all relevant parties to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, through local and regional leadership in disseminating knowledge, research excellence and sustainable community partnership, and continuing to achieve its mission, values, goals and strategic objectives.
The university continues its role in the academic aspect and in the aspects of scientific research and community service, focusing on improving the quality of its educational outcomes by taking into account the requirements of the labor market. The university has achieved many achievements during its academic career, thanks to God and then with the support of our wise government, so that it was able to enter the field of international competition. It has achieved advanced positions at the level of universities in the world and at the level of Saudi universities, as well as obtaining institutional accreditation.
As an educational edifice, the University of Hail works to graduate a generation armed with knowledge, national culture, and good citizenship, to be able to contribute effectively to building the nation and society, a reflection of the great contributions our country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is witnessing to civilization, progress, peace, and prosperity at the global level.
Believing in its fundamental role in social responsibility, the University of Hail University launched a number of community programs and initiatives in a number of fields, in order to achieve community service and joint cooperation, contributing to achieving sustainable development at the national level in general, and the Hail region in particular, taking into account the foundations of quality and development. .
The University of Hail also seeks, with all its resources, to achieve the goals of its strategic plan 2028 with the continuation of quality, development and improvement, and the provision of an academic and administrative system based on institutional governance, the development of technical and information systems, and the development of self-resources, in light of achieving spending efficiency.
In conclusion, I pray to God Almighty to preserve our wise leadership and our blessed country and to perpetuate stability, prosperity and prosperity for us.
