3. Establishing and developing academic programs in accordance with emerging trends and developments.
4. Developing the capabilities and skills of university staff based on actual training needs.
5. Activating partnerships and collaborations in quality, skills development, and institutional excellence.
6. Improving the efficiency of measurement and evaluation systems using modern technological applications.
7. Enhancing the university’s institutional reputation through academic and administrative accreditations.
8. Developing activities and practices that support graduates in employment, training, and career guidance.
9. Working with accreditation bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements and responding promptly to feedback or improvement recommendations.
10. Monitoring readiness test results and holding coordination meetings with colleges to improve student performance and motivation.
11. Preparing models and documents that support academic and administrative units in meeting quality, program, and administrative accreditation standards.
12. Preparing comprehensive reports on the performance of academic and administrative units based on quarterly quality assessments, including development recommendations and improvement proposals.
13. Monitoring and evaluating learning outcomes across all academic programs to ensure the achievement of intended educational goals.
14. Collaborating with academic programs to improve learning outcome assessment results based on available data.
15. Establishing and developing academic programs aligned with national priorities, labor market needs, and the comparative advantages of the Hail region.
16. Engaging experts and specialists from various sectors to provide consultations on the development of academic programs and ensure alignment with modern advancements.
17. Reviewing and developing existing university policies and procedures and measuring compliance with them.
18. Reviewing and updating organizational structures of administrative units, colleges, and supporting deanships to align with national and international directions.
19. Preparing, designing, and drafting organizational, procedural, and functional manuals for all academic and administrative units at different organizational levels.
20. Measuring institutional and program performance indicators and preparing periodic reports based on the results.
21. Identifying and defining the training needs of university staff based on technical and professional competencies.
22. Designing and implementing training programs and workshops for faculty members, administrators, and academic/administrative leaders based on training needs to ensure professional development.
23. Preparing reports related to training programs and courses for colleges and administrative units.
24. Conducting developmental studies based on the university’s actual needs.
25. Establishing partnerships and agreements in the fields of quality, skills development, and institutional excellence with relevant entities and organizations.
26. Providing consultation and training for administrative units and supporting deanships to obtain international quality standard certifications (ISO).
27. Developing various measurement tools such as surveys, opinion polls, interviews, and observation cards, and designing them electronically through the unified survey project.
28. Issuing reports related to survey results and sending them to the concerned entities.
29. Organizing incentive competitions in the fields of quality, development, and institutional excellence.
30. Participating in the formulation of plans and initiatives that ensure sustainable progress in academic and administrative quality and development.
31. Utilizing modern technological applications in quality management systems for data collection, measurement, analysis, and reporting efficiently and effectively.
32. Sharing best practices in quality and development to improve internal processes.
33. Establishing a comprehensive and continuously updated alumni database in collaboration with alumni units in various colleges.
34. Organizing training programs, seminars, and workshops to enhance graduates’ skills, competencies, and employability.
35. Informing graduates about employment opportunities and changing labor market needs in both public and private sectors.
36. Coordinating with alumni units in different colleges to provide benefits, services, and privileges to graduates to strengthen their loyalty and belonging to the university.
37. Inviting graduates to participate in university events and programs.
