The College's Tasks Are:

1. Implementing the University's regulations, bylaws, and policies within the College.

2. Supervising and monitoring the implementation of operational plans for academic programs and academic departments.

3. Overseeing the implementation of the College’s internal quality assurance system.

4. Monitoring the quality performance of academic programs and promoting continuous improvement.

5. Supervising admission, registration, and examination processes.

6. Supervising and monitoring the activities of the College’s academic departments.

7. Developing curricula and study plans, overseeing their implementation, and conducting periodic reviews to ensure high-quality academic programs.

8. Providing academic, psychological, and social counseling and support services to students and addressing any academic or administrative challenges they may encounter.

9. Organizing the preparation and administration of examinations, ensuring transparency and fairness, monitoring student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

10. Implementing enrichment plans and programs for high-achieving and gifted students, while providing support for academically struggling students.

11. Supporting and organizing student activities and events, including competitions, conferences, sports activities, and cultural programs aimed at enhancing students’ personal and professional skills.

12. Supporting the provision of educational resources that facilitate teaching and learning, including libraries, classrooms, laboratories, simulation labs, and other learning resources.

13. Conducting periodic self-assessments of academic programs and educational performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

14. Applying quality assurance systems and standards across all academic and administrative activities within the College.

15. Providing the facilities and resources necessary to support research activities, including research laboratories, conferences, seminars, symposiums, workshops, and research projects.

16. Encouraging faculty members and students to engage in research activities aligned with the University's research priorities.

17. Coordinating with relevant entities to facilitate support and funding for research activities within the College.

18. Contributing to faculty recruitment processes and annual performance evaluations.

19. Coordinating with the Deanship of Quality and Development to identify training needs and enhance the competencies of College personnel.

20. Collaborating with various University units in implementing University policies and decisions.

21. Building and maintaining strong relationships between alumni and the academic and professional communities, while providing continuous support to graduates.

22. Providing consultancy services to public and private sectors in areas directly related to the College’s disciplines, thereby contributing to self-sustainability and addressing community needs.

23. Actively participating in community engagement initiatives and social responsibility practices.

24. Establishing and strengthening partnerships with counterpart institutions and organizations in scientific, research, and community-related fields relevant to the College’s mission.

25. Taking all necessary measures to promote ethical and professional values and uphold academic and research integrity among faculty members and students.

26. Developing and presenting proposals and strategic initiatives for the continuous advancement of the College and its academic and administrative units.

27. Providing cooperative training opportunities through appropriate institutions and organizations.

28. Preparing the College’s annual report and contributing to the preparation of the University's annual report.
