Overseeing the implementation of technical support processes for applicants in various competitions, including reviewing technical and financial proposals and resolving all issues faced by applicants.

Maintaining documentation for each project and preparing comprehensive reports for all projects.

Conducting necessary financial settlements with government entities related to services provided.
Organizing and monitoring petty cash advances during the fiscal year in accordance with Ministry of Finance regulations, and closing them at the end of the fiscal year.
Studying and preparing partnerships and agreements in accordance with established procedures, coordinating with relevant entities, and exploring partnership opportunities across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Managing partnerships and agreements after signing, following up on their activation, and evaluating their effectiveness through periodic reports.
Performing any other duties assigned by the Vice Deanship within its scope of responsibilities.
