The University of Hail Institute for Research and Consulting Studies participated in the award of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Hail Region, representing the University of Hail through the “Basmah" Initiative, which reflects the University's orientation toward creating impact and promoting high-quality initiatives with developmental and societal dimensions.

The University of Hail Institute for Research and Consulting Studies is considered one of the key pillars supporting the University's journey toward institutional excellence, given its scientific and consulting expertise and its active role in transforming knowledge into practical initiatives that contribute to improving institutional performance, serving the community, and strengthening strategic partnerships with various entities.

The Institute's participation took place in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Othman bin Matroud Al-Matroud, Dean of the University of Hail Institute for Research and Consulting Studies, along with the participation of His Excellency the Vice Dean and Her Excellency the Vice Dean, as part of the Institute's commitment to representing the University in a manner befitting its academic standing and leading role.

This participation reaffirms the Institute's commitment to supporting excellence and innovation, strengthening the presence of the University of Hail in national initiatives, and actively contributing to the achievement of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
