Establish quality standards and procedures, and ensure their implementation across all Institute operations.
Prepare the operational plan for the Institute’s affiliated units.
Collect performance indicators for the Institute’s programs and activities.
Develop internal regulations and executive rules, and oversee their approval and implementation.
Maintain and update a database of university faculty members, including their capabilities, expertise, and relevant institutional resources.
Monitor compliance with accreditation standards and pursue institutional excellence.
Measure beneficiary satisfaction with the quality of consulting services and develop improvement plans to achieve objectives and address gaps.
Undertake any other tasks assigned to the Agency within its scope of responsibilities.
