Run Service

​The University of Hail provides a free Office 365 service to its students and staff. This service is a suite of cloud-based applications and services offered by Microsoft, designed to support digital learning, enhance productivity, and foster academic collaboration within the university environment.

​​

  • Visit the official University of Hail website and select the Office 365 service.

  • Log in using your university email and password.

  • Use Office applications directly online or download them to your devices.

  • Use OneDrive to save, share, and access files anytime.​



​

  • Must have an active university account.

  • Internet connection is required to access the Unified Login Portal.

  • Users must know their username and password.​



​No documents are required.

​

  • Full Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.

  • Official university email through Outlook for academic communication.
