In line with the University of Hail's commitment to enhancing the efficiency and quality of services provided to its members, and in compliance with the requirements and directives of the Digital Government Authority aimed at improving beneficiary experience and advancing digital transformation, the University is committed to delivering its electronic services according to high standards of ease, reliability, and efficiency — ensuring rapid completion and continuous service availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Beneficiaries of electronic services must adhere to the policies, conditions, and requirements specific to each service, as outlined in the approved Electronic Services Guide. This list will be updated periodically, with new electronic services added progressively, to achieve integration and keep pace with the continuous development of digital government services.
