The Final Exam Excuse Service allows students to formally submit a request to be excused from taking one or more final exams, providing a reason and any supporting documents. The service facilitates electronic submission and review of the request.
Student logs in to the electronic system via the University of Hail Electronic Services Portal.
Review the conditions for submitting a final exam excuse request.
Complete the required information in the form, including:
Type of excuse.
Reason for the excuse (upload supporting documents if available).
Select the course(s) for which the student is requesting an excuse.
Specify the date of the final exam for each course.
Submit the request for review and approval by the concerned authority.
Track the status of the request and receive approval or response via the system.
Must have an active university account (university email and password).
Comply with the university’s official rules for exam excuses.
Reason for excuse or any supporting document that validates the student’s case
Submit the request entirely online without visiting the administration.
Direct tracking of request status via the system.
Fast and transparent management and approval of requests.
