The Student Affairs Services provide a variety of academic, social, and administrative services to students, including:

  • Registration and updates for student activities.

  • Academic and social guidance and support.

  • Supervision of student programs, activities, and student organizations.

The service aims to facilitate all student procedures and provide seamless electronic access to service​


  1. Students access the Student Affairs Services System via the University of Hail Electronic Services Portal.

  2. Log in using the university account (username and password).

  3. Select the desired service from the menu

  4. Fill in the required information and attach supporting documents if needed.

  5. Submit the request to the concerned department for review and approval.

  6. Track the status of the request and receive responses or documents via the system.​



  • Must have an active university account (university email and password).

  • Comply with the specific rules and policies of each service.

  • Use the service for official academic purposes only.



  • Depending on the type of service, supporting documents may be required (e.g., certificates, academic documents, request forms).
