An electronic service that enables researchers, faculty members, staff, and students to apply for ethical approval required to conduct research involving human participants, personal data, or other research activities subject to ethical review before the study begins.

Electronic Service Level Agreement

	1. Log in to the system. 2. Select the Ethical Approval service. 3. Complete the ethical approval application form. 4. Upload the required documents. 5. Submit the application for review. 6. The Research Ethics Committee reviews the application and issues its decision. 7. The applicant is notified of the result and can download the approval letter once approved.

	• The applicant must be affiliated with the University. • All required information must be completed accurately. • All required supporting documents must be attached. • The research must comply with the University's research ethics regulations and policies.
