- Select the University President Meeting Request service from the list of electronic services.
- Fill out the request form with the required information.
- Submit the request and wait for an email notification containing the outcome of the request.
- If the request is approved, the email will include the date and time of the meeting.
- A valid university account, including the university-provided email address and password, or the option to use a personal email address to receive the request outcome.
- An internet connection to access the Unified Access Portal.
- The user's login credentials, including their username and password.
