​The Performance Management Service at the University of Hail aims to evaluate employee performance based on specific criteria, standards, and levels linked to the university’s goals. This process is implemented through the Performance Unit within the General Administration of Human Resources. The service ensures systematic assessment, continuous monitoring, and transparent performance evaluation.

  • Access the electronic system dedicated to Performance Management.

  • Prepare and complete the Performance Charter.

  • Monitor performance periodically during the evaluation period.

  • Conduct the final evaluation and review the results.

  • Approve the results and close the performance cycle.​

  • Must have an active university account (university email and password).

  • The employee must be actively employed during the performance cycle.

  • Adherence to the deadlines for preparing the charter and evaluations.

  • Compliance with the standards and policies established in the Performance Management System.



​​Supporting documents for goals or achievements, if applicable.

  • Improvement of employee performance quality.

  • Enhanced transparency in performance evaluation.

  • Encouragement of employees toward professional development and excellence.
