​The Preparatory Year Portal at the University of Hail allows students and faculty members to access all university electronic systems and services through a single platform using one username and password. This helps simplify the user experience and enhance digital security.

  1. Access the Portal:
    Visit the official University of Hail website and select the Unified Login Portal.

  2. Log In:
    Enter your username and password.

  3. Access Services:
    After logging in, users can access all available electronic services.

Important Notes:

  • It is recommended to change your password periodically to maintain account security.​

  • Active University Account: You must have a active university account (university email) and a password provided by the university.

  • Internet Connection: An active internet connection is required to access the Unified Login Portal.

  • Login Credentials: Users must know their username and password.​


​No documents are required.
