​The Graduate Studies Admissions Portal allows students wishing to pursue graduate studies at the University of Hail to apply after fulfilling all the requirements of the academic program. The service aims to facilitate the online application and follow-up process for students wishing to enroll in Master's programs.

  • Students access the Graduate Studies Admissions System through the University of Hail's e-services portal.
  • Review the application requirements for each Master's program.
  • Complete the application form with the required academic and personal information.
  • Upload supporting documents (such as academic certificates, CV, letters of recommendation, etc.).
  • Submit the application for electronic review by:
  • Graduate Studies Department.
  • Relevant College Department.
  • Academic Department.
  • Track the application status and receive the final decision through the system.
