The My Services platform provides university employees and faculty members access to a variety of human resources administrative services, including: salary statement, work certificate, training courses registration, various leave requests, deputation requests and task completion, additional assignment outside working hours, and completion of assigned tasks outside working hours. The service aims to simplify administrative processes and provide a smooth experience for employees and faculty.​

  1. Employees or faculty members access the My Services system via the University of Hail Electronic Services Portal.

  2. Log in using the university account (username and password).

  3. Select the required service (e.g., salary statement, work certificate, leave request, deputation request, assignment outside working hours).

  4. Complete the form with accurate information.

  5. Upload supporting documents if required.

  6. Submit the request to the concerned department for review and approval.

  7. Track the request status and receive the final response or document via the system.

  • Must have an active university account (university email and password).

  • Employees must be active on duty when submitting requests.

  • Comply with HR policies and procedures.

  • Depending on the type of service, supporting documents may be required.
