An electronic service that enables employees and faculty members to create and send electronic greeting cards for various occasions in accordance with the University of Hail's institutional identity.

  1.  Log in to the University portal.
  2. Select the Greeting Card service.
  3. Choose a greeting card template.
  4. Enter the recipient's information and greeting message.
  5. Preview the card.
  6. Send or download the card.


  •  The applicant must be an employee or faculty member.
  • The service must be used for appropriate or official purposes.
  • Users must comply with the University's policies.
