The Electronic Clearance Service allows non-Saudi faculty members to complete administrative clearance electronically upon the end of their service or contract termination. This facilitates a fast and secure process.
Access the University of Hail website and select the Electronic Clearance Service for non-Saudi faculty.
Log in using your university account (username and password).
Complete the clearance request form with accurate information.
Submit the request for electronic review and approval.
Track the status of the request through the system until clearance is finalized.
Must have an active university account (university email and password).
Adhere to the official procedures for completing clearance.
No documents are required unless requested by the Human Resources Department to support the clearance process.
Fully electronic service without the need for in-person visits.
Direct tracking of request status and notifications.
Reduces time and effort to complete clearance procedures.
