Electronic Services – Deanship of Graduate Studies

The Electronic Services of the Deanship of Graduate Studies provide faculty members with a wide range of academic and administrative services, including:

Promotions and appointments.
Scientific publishing and sabbatical leave.
Scientific communication.
External and internal scholarships.
Scholarship allowances and scientific excellence awards.
Graduate studies services such as degree granting and forming thesis/discussion committees.

This service aims to facilitate academic and administrative procedures for faculty members and provide a smooth and efficient electronic experience.

Access the Graduate Studies Electronic Services System via the University of Hail Electronic Services Portal.
Log in using the university account (username and password).
Select the required service (e.g., promotions, appointments, scholarship, graduate studies services).
Fill in the required information accurately and upload supporting documents if necessary.
Submit the request to the concerned authority for electronic review and approval.
Track the status of the request and receive responses or final documents through the system.

Must have an active university account (university email and password).
Faculty member must be active on duty while submitting requests.
