About Department

The Quality and Development Department works to supervise development and quality processes, achieve accreditation standards in the deanship’s departments, control the quality of administrative work within the deanship, and work to develop and improve performance in all aspects and spread its culture.

Dept Tasks

  • ​Spreading the culture of quality in the deanship through some lectures and seminars.
  • Collecting data and information necessary for quality management and development.
  • Data and information analysis.
  • Standing on the actual reality of quality.
  • Identifying the gaps that prevent achieving quality by conducting an analysis of the deanship with the participation of all concerned parties from inside and outside the deanship.
  • Developing the necessary recommendations and outlines to improve performance.
  • Encouraging members of the deanship to take the initiative to propose projects and assist them in implementing those suggestions.
  • Preparing improvement plans, following them up, and presenting their results to the deanship employees.
  • Cooperation and coordination with the departments supporting the Deanship.
  • Work on the continuity of the evaluation and quality assurance process on a regular basis for development.
  • Preparing an annual plan for quality management in the deanship.
  • Preparing annual reports on management achievements.
  • ​Continuous communication with the Deanship of Quality and Development at the university.
