A 3D scanner is a tool that analyzes assets (or models) by collecting data about their shape and sometimes their external appearance (such as their color). This data is used to create three-dimensional digital models used in many applications. 3D scanning is a modern method

that uses laser light To scan the body directly without contact with it, resulting in a three-dimensional point cloud of the scanned body. By processing this point cloud, a three-dimensional model of the body is produced.
