1. Receiving and reviewing purchase requests and identifying suitable suppliers.
2. Performing all procurement-related tasks in accordance with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
3. Announcing tenders and responding to company inquiries in coordination with the supervising and requesting entities.
4. Contributing to and overseeing the tender evaluation process and ensuring compliance with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
5. Preparing procurement contracts, facilitating their signing, and completing all necessary procedures.
6. Providing university units with their needs for office supplies and educational materials.
7. Ensuring that university contracts guarantee the university's rights, protect its dues, and ensure supplier compliance.
8. Balancing effort and cost by selecting items of appropriate quality and price.
9. Monitoring the implementation of contracts and their procedures in accordance with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and its implementing regulations.
10. Managing and monitoring the progress of contract and procurement processes and overseeing the preparation of revenue-related documents.
11. Supervising the central archiving of all signed and executed university contracts.
12. Documenting, delivering, receiving, and archiving all administrative tasks.
13. Supervising the preparation of the tender evaluation committee to review submitted bids for final approval and awarding the tender.
14. Following up with suppliers to obtain price quotes and ensure delivery of materials.
15. Any other tasks assigned by management.
