Complaints and Suggestions

The University provides dedicated electronic systems for receiving and tracking technical support requests, including:

• Daeem System for Students ( Link )
• Daeem Plus System for Employees and Faculty Members ( Link )

Support requests are forwarded to the responsible department at the Deanship of E-Services and Information Technology for follow-up until resolution and closure.
