1. Establishment of the Quality Unit and its policy:
The Quality Unit was established in the Deanship of Scientific Research in line with development trends at the university that require the need to introduce quality work in the deanships, including the Deanship of Scientific Research.
In order for the Deanship of Scientific Research to adhere to and control all quality models and standards in all its fields and services, this unit was established to strive for leadership and excellence in scientific research and to develop a quality management system through
self-monitoring, administrative follow-up, and periodic review in the Deanship.
2.Vision:
Quality, leadership, and advancement in the level of performance and accomplishment of the deanship’s tasks.
3.Message:
Applying quality systems in all the deanship’s activities and units, developing the skills of the deanship’s employees and its organizational structure in order to achieve its vision and goals, participating in drawing up and implementing development projects in the deanship,
evaluating performance, and providing support and assistance to all the deanship to solve its problems.
4.Objectives:
- Applying quality standards in the work of the deanship and its various units.
- Evaluating the level of performance of the deanship’s work and its various units.
- Developing and following up on the implementation of the Deanship’s strategic and research plans.
- Documenting the efforts and results of quality implementation.
- Continuously collecting data and information about quality activities in the deanship and its various units.
- Measuring the extent of satisfaction of beneficiaries of the deanship’s activities (internal and external) and directing improvement plans to all relevant units.
- Follow up on the achievement of performance indicators and measure them for the deanship’s work and activities.
- Follow up and measure the extent of satisfaction of the deanship employees with regard to the internal work environment.
- Developing the research skills of researchers, including faculty members and students.
