Technical support channels
Policy and procedures for providing technical support

​ Official working days: from 8 am to 2:30 pm

​Response will be made within 12 hours on official business days.
​ EesySoft platform 
​Technical support resources and information are available directly through the EesySoft tool. You can communicate via the phone available on the platform and will be answered during official working hours or by email and the response will be within 12 hours.
​Communicate with the e-learning coordinator at the college/branch
​The college coordinator/coordinator for e-learning will be contacted directly to provide the required technical support.
