About Department

The rewards department works to ensure that the rewards reach the deserving male and female students with accuracy and high speed, and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the university and higher education.​

Dept Tasks

The tasks of rewards management are summarized as follows:

  • Paying attention to everything related to the regular monthly stipends for university students.
  • Receiving students’ transactions in terms of delayed rewards and ensuring their entitlement.
  • Responding to all inquiries related to the cessation of disbursing stipends to male and female students.
  • Disbursing special allowances to male and female postgraduate students.
  • Disbursing special needs bonuses to male and female university students, including a reader’s allowance bonus.
  • Disbursing excellence rewards to academically distinguished students.
  • Extracting ATM cards and PINs for all male and female students by issuing new cards, renewing cards, or replacing damaged ones.
  • Feeding students’ monthly rewards into their balances.​

Implementing the objectives of the Kingdom’s educational policy, including the basic principles of education and organizing the disbursement of rewards to male and female students who are entitled to them by replenishing their balances every month in the easiest, most complete and fastest way possible to motivate male and female students.
