2. Regularly supervising and evaluating the performance of operation and maintenance contractors.
3. Directing and coordinating maintenance work for all facilities, buildings, installations, and control and monitoring systems related to these buildings.
4. Participating in the preparation of the university's operation and maintenance budget.
5. Supervising, coordinating, and monitoring cleaning, landscaping, and water supply operations.
6. Preparing attendance and departure records for cleaning staff.
7. Full supervision of planting, landscaping, and irrigation work for all university sites. 8. Receiving requests from various departments (via the electronic cleaning system) and working to fulfill these requests as quickly as possible.
9. Full and direct supervision of events and graduation ceremonies, including cleaning, landscaping, venue preparation, and water supply.
10. Full supervision of pesticide spraying operations at various university locations and monitoring compliance with the terms of the contract.
11. Conducting periodic inspections of central and split air conditioning units, preparing a list of spare parts to be requested, and ensuring their immediate installation upon arrival.
12. Participating in the preparation of the estimated budget and the annual and strategic plans for the department's activities.
13. Proposing and implementing methods and systems aimed at developing work processes, simplifying procedures, and improving performance.
14. Receiving maintenance reports, documenting all malfunctions, and following up on their repair.
15. Monitoring spare parts inventory and replenishing them according to advanced computer programs.
16. Preparing periodic reports on the department's work, detailing project completion levels, progress stages, and the most significant problems and challenges facing the projects.
17. Any other tasks assigned within the scope of its responsibilities.
