​The Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at Hail University, Prof. Haitham bin Mohammed Al-Saif, has won the “Excellence Award” (Silver), which is granted to outstanding leaders for their efforts and personal dedication. He was honored during the ceremony of the award presented by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Hail Region, aimed at recognizing distinguished achievements in the region.​
