11. Establishing early warning and monitoring mechanisms to alert the university to corrective measures for managing any potential risks or crises.
12. Advising the university administration on mechanisms and strategies for effectively dealing with future risks, in line with the university's strategic directions.
13. Preparing and continuously updating a documented guide to the procedures, mechanisms, and guidelines necessary for addressing risks, crises, and emergencies within the university.
14. Coordinating and expediting communication with relevant authorities to control crises and emergencies and enhance their management efficiency, thus facilitating appropriate decision-making.
15. Utilizing the expertise of specialists and experts in the field of assessing, analyzing, and managing university risks and crises.
16. Preparing periodic reports on university risks and crises and methods for addressing them, and submitting them to the appropriate authority.
17. Sharing and exchanging successful experiences and best practices in addressing university risks, emergencies, disasters, and crises, whether natural or resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
18. Participating in organizing events and activities at the university in cooperation with all relevant departments.
