1. Implementing the university's housing policy for faculty members, those in similar positions, administrators, staff, and students.

2. Providing a safe residential environment in coordination with the university's security and safety department.

3. Providing healthy living conditions in terms of social harmony, comfort, and proximity to the university's administrative and academic units, thus contributing to the academic and professional success of faculty members and those in similar positions.

Organizational structure


Dept Tasks

1. Implementing the policies, conditions, standards, and general regulations governing university and student housing.

2. Preparing and equipping housing units appropriately, proposing their optimal use, and maintaining a record for each unit containing all relevant documents and data.

3. Meeting the university's needs for leased buildings and completing the necessary procedures.

4. Receiving and handing over housing units according to established rules and regulations, including their furniture, appliances, and any other assets, and processing evictions according to the prescribed forms.

5. Receiving and following up on residents' requests and needs.

6. Monitoring the collection of dues from residents, such as rent for housing units and services provided, as stipulated in the applicable regulations.

7. Monitoring housing units after handover to beneficiaries and submitting reports on those who violate housing regulations.

8. Reviewing the main issues and problems facing university housing, receiving requests, complaints, and suggestions from residents, and taking the necessary actions. 9. Monitoring maintenance and operation services in the dormitories through the relevant departments.

10. Monitoring lease agreements for various inquiries, renewing or terminating them as needed, and handling all related procedures.

11. Ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, and maintaining security in the university dormitories in coordination with the Security and Safety Department.

12. Maintaining security in the university dormitories in coordination with the Security and Safety Department.

13. Securing the university's needs for leased housing by completing the necessary procedures.

14. Any other tasks assigned by the department.
