10- Providing integrated electronic services to facilitate the registration and evacuation process from housing.
11- Considering the basic issues and problems facing university housing.
12. Follow up the implementation of the housing regulation and the recommendations of the competent committees after their approval by the competent person and propose the necessary amendments or additions.
13- Supervising the public facilities in the university housing.
14. Follow up maintenance and operation services in residences through the competent authorities.
15- Maintaining the security aspects in the university housing in coordination with the Security Department.
16- Reviewing and studying the supply and demand for university housing for faculty members
17. Carry out the secretariat of the Standing Committee for Housing and implement its decisions.
18- Providing any other service related to the management of university housing
