​1- Working in accordance with the policies, conditions, standards and general regulations governing university housing 
2- Preparing housing units and equipping them appropriately and proposing the optimal use of those units.
3- Receiving and delivering housing units and equipping them with their furniture, equipment and custody, as well as evacuating according to the forms prepared for this.
4- Distributing the units to the beneficiaries based on the rules in force in accordance with the controls.
5- Designing forms and forms for accommodation, covenant and eviction.
6- Open a special register for each housing unit containing all its documents and data.

7- Receiving housing applications and taking the necessary measures in this regard.
8- Follow up the collection of dues from residents, such as the wages of housing units and the services provided to them in accordance with the regulations in force.
9- Follow-up of housing units after handing them over to the beneficiaries and submitting reports on violators of housing conditions.
10- Providing integrated electronic services to facilitate the registration and evacuation process from housing.
11- Considering the basic issues and problems facing university housing.
12. Follow up the implementation of the housing regulation and the recommendations of the competent committees after their approval by the competent person and propose the necessary amendments or additions.
13- Supervising the public facilities in the university housing.
14. Follow up maintenance and operation services in residences through the competent authorities.
15- Maintaining the security aspects in the university housing in coordination with the Security Department.
16- Reviewing and studying the supply and demand for university housing for faculty members
17. Carry out the secretariat of the Standing Committee for Housing and implement its decisions.
18- Providing any other service related to the management of university housing
