Project management is the second cycle of any project, as its work begins immediately upon receipt of all project documents from the Planning and Design Department, and accordingly, the tasks and duties of project management are based on:
1- Full and direct technical supervision of any project affiliated to the university, whether within the university city, in the girls' colleges complex, or the boys' college complex, as well as branches.
2- Full technical supervision of small projects (restoration and rehabilitation works) according to purchase orders issued by the Planning and Design Department and approved by the authorized person.
3- Preparing official papers upon completion of projects (certificate of delivery of the site, letters of work or warnings to contractors, certificate of receipt of primary, certificate of final receipt, certificate of completion for small projects, and the director of the Department of Supervision and Field Implementation bears all responsibility for that.
4- Preparing contractors' extracts in accordance with the actual executor on the ground, and the director of the field supervision and implementation department shall be responsible for any errors.
5- Project management must fully comply with the timelines provided by the Planning and Design Department.
6- The project management must commit to approving the materials submitted by the Planning and Design Department.
7- The project management must save all project documents and the director of the field supervision and implementation department is responsible for this.
8. Upon completion of any project, the Project Department shall hand it over to the Operation and Maintenance Department according to an official record.
9- Project management bears full responsibility for the safety of buildings and facilities after the final receipt, such as (leaks in buildings, tile losses...... etc.)
10- The project management must prepare weekly and monthly reports on the work of the administration showing the levels of completion of projects, the stages of progress in them, and the most important problems and challenges facing projects, provided that they are periodically delivered to the Quality and Development Department.
