The College of Applied Medical Sciences organized a reception for its new students for the academic year 2024-2025. During the reception, the college was honored to welcome His Excellency the Acting President of the University, Prof. Dr. Zaid bin Muhalhal Al-Shammari, and His Excellency the Vice-Rector of the University, Dr. Ghazi Al-Baqawi, who were welcomed and hosted by the Dean of the College, Dr. Amjad bint Rashid Al-Yahyawi, the college's vice-deans, faculty members and college students.
The events of the reception started with the Dean of the College welcoming the new students who encouraged the students to put their outmost efforts and dedication in their academic endeavors. The event also included a dialogue session with the college's vice-deans and tours with departments' heads and faculty members in the colleges' departments.
