- Project Management carries out the technical, engineering and administrative framework activities in the general management of projects, operation, maintenance and facilities.
- Supervising, directing, coordinating and following up on the implementation of plans and programs for construction projects affiliated with the University of Hail in all its locations and branches.
- Supervising, directing, coordinating and following up on maintenance work for all facilities, buildings, facilities and control and monitoring systems for these buildings.
- Supervising, directing, coordinating and following up on cleaning, gardening and water supply work.
- Supervising, following up and controlling the progress of work and monitoring the performance of management personnel, contractors, the technical support office and consultants’ offices during their implementation of projects according to the stages of implementing the terms of construction project contracts and various maintenance operations.
- Determine the technical standards and specifications necessary to operate and maintain university facilities.
- Raising the level of quality of facilities to achieve their goals more efficiently.
- All university equipment, buildings and facilities must be in excellent operational condition.
- Applying the principles of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection in all university facilities.
- Achieving standards of quality and excellence by measuring performance indicators.
