1- Academic Advising
The College of Business Administration assigns each faculty member to provide Academic Advising to a group of students. This is under the supervision of the unit of Academic Advising within the College Vice Deanship of Academic Affairs. The Academic Advising Unit ensures that the advisor is from the same academic department as the group of students he/she is assigned to advise. Therefore, the advisor has knowledge and experience of the study plans provided by the department and all applicable rules and regulations. The academic advisor devotes office hours to guiding and advising students, and can also advise them online through the Academic Advising Platform of Hail University. Through this electronic platform, students can send their requests to advisors online, such as requests to add courses, requests to delete courses, requests to register in closed sections, requests to bypass a previous requirement... The College of Business Administration seeks, through providing this service, to oriente students in choosing the appropriate courses according to the study plans and thus help them achieve academic achievement in the best possible way as well as to overcome academic problems that may negatively affect their academic level. For more information, please see the Academic Advising Procedural Guide.
2- Cooperative training
The Cooperative Training Unit within the College's Deanship of Academic Affairs offers the program of Cooperative Training in order to provide to the students opportunities to acquire knowledge, skills and professional values in a real work environment. The training experience also offers opportunities to learn practical and technical methods and to use digital tools related to business administration, as well as to acquire and develop behavioral and personal skills. By providing this academic service, the College of Business Administration aims to provide the students with a professional experience before graduation that enables them to transition smoothly into the labor market.
