The College of Applied Medical Sciences organized an event to celebrate International Day of Radiology on Sunday, November 8, 2025, under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the University of Hail, Dr. Bader bin Shujaa Al-Harbi, and in the presence of His Excellency the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Zaid bin Mahlahal Al-Shammari. The event witnessed a large turnout of students and university staff, in addition to a number of healthcare professionals from the Hail region. This celebration aimed to highlight the pivotal role of radiology and medical imaging in the healthcare system, raise public awareness of the radiology profession, and showcase the latest technological advancements in this field. The event included a number of scientific and educational activities, including scientific lectures, an exhibition and interactive displays, and an awareness fair. The World Radiology Day celebration concluded with enthusiastic participation from all attendees and a closing address by Dr. Amjad Rashid Al Yahyawi, Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, who expressed her gratitude to the organizers from the Diagnostic Radiology Department at the College of Applied Medical Sciences.
