​The Artificial Intelligence in Medical Sciences Conference received the His Highness the Prince of Hail Region Basma Award (Initiative Path). The award was received from His Highness by Professor Zaid bin Mauhalhel Alshammari, President of University of Hail and Dr. Amjad bint Rashid Al Yahyawi, Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences. On this occasion, His Excellency the Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences expressed her thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for this honor, indicating that the college’s receipt of this award is the resu​​lt of the tireless work made by the conference organizing team, as well as the college’s faculty members and affiliates, to advance the college and its scientific activities, noting that the college has taken significant steps to achieve the set goals in a short period of time. Dr. Amjad Al Yahyawi expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the University, Professor Zaid bin Muhalhel Alshammari, for his continuous monitoring and interest of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, and his keenness to make it prominent in a way that serves the health sector in the region, and his keenness to make the college a beacon of knowledge and creativity under the platform of the University of Hail.
