1-Student Activities – Female Section

1. ‌Supervising the development of the annual operational plan for student activities across colleges.
2. Supervising the implementation of the operational plan for annual student activities.
3. Providing an engaging and supportive environment for female students through a variety of activities and  that meet students' needs.
4. Developing students' leadership and athletic skills by strengthening community partnerships with relevant authorities to support female students' potential and abilities.
5. Processes purchase requests for clothing and supplies related to student activities.
6. General supervision of university teams participating in competitions and tournaments of the Saudi Universities Sports Federation.
7. Preparing the annual report of the Saudi Universities Sports Federation via the Ministry of Education portal.
8. Supervising the provision of a suitable environment for practicing sports activities at the university.
9. Supervising the recruitment of distinguished female students into sports activities for the university teams.
10. Processes purchase requests for sports activity clothing and supplies.

2-Guidance and Counselling Center (Aoun's Office)

1. ‌ Monitors services for students with special needs by receiving their suggestions and requests, discussing them, and then transferring them to officials to ensure appropriate support.
2. Supervising the provision of support and guidance for female students with special needs and providing them with the necessary guidance in various fields.
3. Urging female students and facilitates their participation in various student activity programs and in various student events and trips.
4. Coordinating with external organizations concerned with people with special needs in order to provide programs, books, and support services.
5. Coordinating with academic advising units in colleges on matters related to female students with special needs.

3-Female Student Affairs Department

1. ‌Follow up on the work progress of the support units in the female section (Scholarship Unit, Student Services Unit, Quality Unit).
2. Prepares and submits reports on the performance of support units in the female students' section to the relevant department.
