About Agency

Charged with following up on the work progress of the Deanship of Student Affairs in the female section, represented by the Female Student Affairs Department (Aoun Office, Nutrition Unit, Student Activities Unit), in addition to student activities for the branches, housing, and nutrition in the section.

Tasks

1-Student Activities – Female Section

‌Supervising the development of the annual operational plan for student activities in the colleges.
Supervising the implementation of the operational plan for annual student activities.
Providing an attractive environment for female students through a variety of activities and meeting their needs.
Developing leadership and sports skills by strengthening the bonds of community partnership with relevant authorities to support the potential and capabilities of female students.
Submitting purchase order requests for clothing and supplies for student activities.
General supervision of university teams participating in competitions and tournaments of the Saudi Universities Sports Federation.
Preparing the annual report of the Saudi Universities Sports Federation via the Ministry of Education link.
Supervising the provision of the appropriate environment for practicing sports activities at the university.
Supervising the recruitment of distinguished female students into sports activities for the university teams.
Submitting purchase order requests for sports activity clothing and supplies.

2-Guidance and Guidance Center (Aoun’s Office)

‌Following up on the service of students with special needs, by receiving their suggestions and requests, discussing them with them, and then transferring them to officials to activate or provide them.
Supervising the support and guidance of female students with special needs, and providing them with the necessary guidance in various fields.
Urging female students and involving them in various student activity programs and in various student events and trips.
Coordinating with external agencies concerned with people with special needs in order to provide programs, books, and everything that serves this category of female students.
Coordinating with academic guidance in colleges in all matters that are in the interest of female students with special needs.

3-Female Student Affairs Department

‌Follow up on the work progress of the support units in the female section (Scholarship Unit, Student Services Unit, Quality Unit).
Submitting reports on the work of the support units in the female students’ section to the relevant department.
