The Acting President of the University of Hail, Professor Dr. Zaid bin Muhalhil Al-Shammari, sponsored the “Leadership Excellence Forum” organized today by the Deanship of Quality and Development. The event was attended by the university's vice presidents, deans of faculties and supporting deanships, as well as academic and administrative leaders at the university.
During the forum, the Academic Leadership Support Project was launched, where Dr. Mohammed Al-Obaidi provided an introduction to the national academic programs for evaluation, measurement, and accreditation.
The forum included discussion sessions aimed at exchanging ideas and experiences, as well as enhancing leadership skills among academic and administrative leaders. Additionally, two workshops were held alongside the forum: the first, titled "Effective Academic Leadership," presented by Dr. Mehdi Al-Maghribi, and the second, titled "Standards of Job Excellence," presented by Dr. Mohammed Al-Amri.
The forum aims to develop distinguished leaders who contribute to achieving the university's vision and goals and enhancing the quality of higher education.
