The Acting President of Hail University, Professor Dr. Zaid bin Mehlah Al-Shammari, sponsored the closing ceremony of the World Quality Day 2024 events, held today, Wednesday, at the University’s Conference Center in the University City.
The closing events included a session titled “Ensuring the Compliance of Hail University Graduates with Regulations and Standards in the Labor Market,” presented by representatives from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development branch in Hail, as well as from Al-Badran, Al-Areefi, and Al-Hilail Law Firm and Legal Consultations. This session was part of the “Aware Labor Market” initiative.
The Acting President of Hail University also inaugurated the exhibition accompanying the World Quality Day celebration, which featured informational booths about the university’s colleges and deanships. He toured the exhibition alongside officials from various government entities in the region.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Qur’an, followed by a visual presentation titled “The Journey of Quality at Hail University: From Compliance to Performance.” This was followed by a review of outstanding quality proposals, and another video titled “Yesterday and Today’s Quality Colleagues at Hail University Speak,” which featured speeches and experiences from former quality officers who had worked at the university’s Deanship of Quality.
The celebration emphasized the strategic importance of quality as a core element in the ongoing updating of institutional plans, introducing innovative initiatives, training human resources, and developing national capabilities.
At the end of the ceremony, the University President honored the faculty members, colleges, and departments that excelled in implementing quality requirements, as well as the partners in success, participants, and key stakeholders in organizing the World Quality Day events from various colleges, supporting deanships, and departments.
